Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on this website, all sales are final.

All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• The wrong product was supplied due to our error
• The product arrived damaged due to shipping issues
• The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Supporting photographs or documentation where applicable

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method only.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

• Products have been opened, tampered with, or used
• Claims are inconsistent with shipping or carrier records
• Orders were placed in error by the customer
